Do you have someplace waiting for you, but have to sell your house first?  Let me take the stress out of selling your property!  You need to know that selling your house is your agent’s top priority.  Your listing will have my full attention from beginning to end.  I can also help you with questions you should ask when interviewing an agent.

 

When we first get started, I can help you make a good impression by providing tips on preparing your house for showings.  I will also run a detailed Competitive Market Analysis and help you decide on the best asking price for the house, so that you don’t scare buyers away by overpricing it, or lose money by pricing it too low.  I’ll give you an honest assessment.  I won’t be one of those agents who tells you what they think you want to hear to get your business, only to turn around and ask you for a price reduction a month or two later.

 

Once the house is on the market, I’ll do everything I can to give your house the exposure it deserves.  I will do open houses on a regular basis and keep you posted on those potential customers.  I will also do regular advertising to keep the property in the public eye.

 

When we have an interested buyer, I will check to determine that they are qualified to purchase the property.  When you get an offer, I can negotiate on your behalf to help get you as much for the property as possible.

 

At every step along the way I will keep you informed as to what is happening, so you’re not wondering where your agent went or what’s happening with the listing.  I will monitor every transaction from beginning to end to make sure that things are being done properly and on time, and always provide you with honest and friendly service!
